Kyle serves as the Senior Recruiter and Freshmen Scholarship Coordinator for Langston University. During this great seven years, Langston has had four of the largest freshmen classes in its history, had over a .7 increase in the average grade point average, and nearly a 2 point increase in the average ACT score. Kyle also been responsible for outreach events that saw an increase in Oklahoma counselor attendance and participation from 34 to 96 counselors and it continues to grow. Kyle played trombone in the Langston University Marching Pride band as a student. In 2018, he served as the recruiter for the band in the absence of a director. The band had its largest recruitment class in band memory to that point in 2018, despite not having a band director for months. The band continues to grow to over 210 members after previously having roughly 45 members. He also serves as coach and campus coordinator forLangston's Quiz Bowl team after playing for Langston as a student.

Kyle has seven years of experience in the market research field, disciplined research skills gained from studying at Langston University, Bowen School of Law (Ark-Little Rock), and the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Kyle was selected to participate in various leadership seminars like the George Nigh Leadership Conference, the Oklahoma Scholar Leadership Enrichment Program. Kyle has been elected three times to the Oklahoma College Recruitment Association, serving as a regional coordinator for the Northwest and Central regions of Oklahoma.

In his first recruiting cycle at Langston, freshmen enrollment increased by 45% and enrollment continues to increase. Langston had the largest freshmen class in school history in 2016, the second-largest class in 2019, and exceeded the pre-pandemic stretch goal of 650 first-time freshmen enrolled during a pandemic in 2020.

Kyle is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and has a small law practice where he writes, edits, reviews and advises on contracts for individuals and small businesses based on their needs, but most proudly has won pro-bono cases that helped his clients live better lives.
